What it does
Large data centers using 100 or more megawatts must pay for power upgrades they need. Large data centers using 100 or more megawatts must pay for water upgrades they need. The bill gives a 30% tax credit to data centers that build extra power plants. Those extra power plants share power with other people. The bill gives a 30% tax credit to factories and water systems that recycle water.
