What it does
The bill bars nonprofits from getting Department of Justice grants if two things are true. More than half their money came from DOJ grants last year. They paid any worker more than the Attorney General makes, about $221,000 in 2026. Nonprofits must sign a form saying they follow this rule. The bill has no exceptions and no time for nonprofits to change.
