S. 2767, the Gateway Partnership Act, advanced out of committee on July 29, 2026.

S. 2767 — Gateway Partnership Act

Federal Procurement

What it does

This bill allows the Secretary of the Interior to sign an agreement with the Gateway Arch Park Foundation (a nonprofit partner of the park) to host private events inside Gateway Arch National Park buildings, including the Visitor Center and Old Courthouse. The Foundation would pay fees to cover maintenance costs and all administrative expenses, events must be compatible with the park's public mission, and the federal government is shielded from liability for injuries or deaths occurring during these private events.

Quorum's transparency scan gave Gateway Partnership Act a moderate transparency flag.
