What it does
The bill tells the Consumer Product Safety Commission to ban dusters. The ban covers dusters with more than 18 mg of certain refrigerant gases. These gases are HFC-152a and HFC-134a. Dusters with less than 18 mg stay legal. The commission can also ban other harmful gases in dusters. Drugs approved by the FDA are not affected.
