What it does
The bill creates a program called Health Disparity Zones. Communities can apply to be named a zone. Zones without enough doctors get money and tax breaks for up to 10 years. Doctors and dentists who work in zones get tax credits. They also get help paying back student loans up to $100,000 and grants. Medicare pays doctors 10% more for patients in these zones.
