What it does
This bill changes the Clean Air Act. It blocks the EPA from writing rules that limit vehicle sales. It blocks rules that require power plants to change fuel types. The bill says the EPA cannot require technology that costs too much. The bill also says the EPA cannot require technology that does not exist yet.
