What it does
This bill changes immigration law about driving while intoxicated. Any non-citizen convicted of or who admits to DWI is automatically barred from entering the U.S. If already here, they must be deported. The rule applies to misdemeanors and felonies. A judge cannot waive or reduce this penalty.
