What it does
The bill requires federal agencies to report hidden spending contracts. Agencies must send this data to USAspending.gov within 3 years. Each year, agencies must report spending they did not disclose. Agencies must explain why some spending was not reported. Inspectors General will check that agencies follow these rules for 10 years.
