What it does
This bill stops people from entering the United States if they took part in Hamas attacks on Israel. The attacks started October 7, 2023. It covers people who carried out, planned, paid for, or helped with these attacks. The bill adds Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad to the list of terror groups. The Department of Homeland Security must report to Congress each year.
