What it does
This bill requires schools that get government money to limit foreign student athletes. No more than 20 percent of any main sports team can be foreign athletes. Teams with fewer than 10 members can have at most 1 foreign athlete. Schools must report these numbers to the Department of Education every year. The rule starts in July 2029.
