The bill stops platforms from letting anyone under 16 create an account. Platforms must close minor accounts within 180 days. They must delete personal data and let users download it first. Users get 90 days to download data before deletion. Platforms must let users appeal age checks. The FTC and state attorneys general can enforce this.
