What it does
The bill says the Treasury Secretary cannot make tax deals for the President. It stops deals that help the President, their family, or their companies avoid taxes. The IRS must tell the public within 7 days who got such deals. The IRS must report all 30 days after that. The bill gives the IRS 3 more years to collect taxes owed. This extra time starts after a President leaves office.
