What it does

This bill modernizes the Government Publishing Office (GPO) by shifting from print to digital formats for government documents, expanding public access to government information through a new National Collection, and streamlining GPO operations. Citizens gain free, permanent online access to government publications and research; the GPO gains operational flexibility and higher procurement thresholds; and the hardbound Annotated Constitution is replaced with digital versions.
