What it does
This bill imposes comprehensive sanctions on Russia and Iran, blocking Russian government officials, military leaders, and entities from U.S. financial systems; prohibiting U.S. investment in Russia and its energy sector; banning Russian securities from U.S. exchanges; and imposing tariffs up to 500% on Russian goods and up to 100% on countries that purchase Russian oil or gas. It is named after the late Senator Lindsey Graham.
