What it does
This bill extends and expands the Reimbursable Screening Services Program (a TSA cost-recovery program where airports and other entities pay for security screening services) through fiscal year 2031 and increases the number of screening locations or services that can participate in the program from an unspecified current cap to no more than 14. The bill allows airports and private entities to continue purchasing TSA screening services on a reimbursable basis.
