What it does

This bill removes deed restrictions from a 3.62-acre parcel of land in Paducah, Kentucky that the federal government conveyed to the city in 2012. The land can now be developed or transferred, but only to the Oscar Cross Boys & Girls Club (a nonprofit youth organization), and if the Boys & Girls Club later sells it, they must first offer it back to the federal government for free. The bill allows new development as long as it remains compatible with public recreation use.
