What it does
This bill amends the 1936 Blue Ridge Parkway Act to require the Secretary of the Interior to issue a right-of-way (easement) for an emergency exit road across federal land near Wintergreen, Virginia at milepost 9.6 on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
