What it does
This joint resolution tells the President to pull U.S. Armed Forces out of military fights against Iran. Congress, not the President alone, must approve any war. Operation Epic Fury started February 28, 2026. Congress did not approve that fight. The bill lets the military keep doing defense work and helping partner countries.
