What it does
The bill lets NATO allies and partner nations buy U.S. weapons and send them to Ukraine faster. It skips the usual delays. It pre-approves shells for 155mm guns, HIMARS rockets, and similar weapons through 2030. Ukraine must promise not to give these weapons to other countries without the president's okay.
