What it does
The bill tells the Small Business Administration to make a plan. The plan must fix serious computer system problems found in an audit from November 2024. The plan must show how the SBA will manage tech projects safely. It must check for risks, protect against hacking, check who it hires, and control costs. The SBA must give Congress the plan within 180 days. Then it must report on progress 30 days later.
