What it does
The bill tells the Secretary of the Interior to allow an emergency exit road. The road would cross National Park Service land near Wintergreen, Virginia. The Secretary must say yes if three things happen first. Other routes must be checked, fire spread must be studied, and environmental reviews must be done. The road would help people leave the area fast in danger.
