What it does
This bill moves control of federal land in Harpers Ferry between two agencies. U.S. Customs and Border Protection gets about 25 acres. It will expand its training center on that land. The Interior Department gets about 71.5 acres to add to the park. No money changes hands. If Customs and Border Protection stops using its land, it goes back to the park.
