What it does
The bill tells the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to hire the National Academies. They will study cancer in pilots and flight crew members. The study will look at air and chemicals they breathe at work. It will check what scientists know about those things and cancer. It will count how many pilots and crew got cancer.
