What it does
The bill tells the Interior Department to keep at least 150 wild horses there. The Secretary must write a plan in 120 days. The Secretary must check on the herd each year. Horses can only be removed in emergencies or for public safety. The herd must stay genetically diverse. The park must tell the public each year about the herd.
