What it does
The bill makes it a crime for pregnant foreign women to come to the US. They would come to have a baby there. It also makes it a crime to help them travel. This includes family members and travel agents. Pregnant women who want to enter would be turned away. The only exception is for health emergencies. The Department of Health and Human Services must approve these.
