What it does
This bill lets Indian Tribes get money from the CDC. Tribal organizations and urban Indian organizations can also get the money. The bill sets aside $750 million each year from 2026 to 2028. Tribes do not have to match the money with their own funds. The CDC must make at least 10 agreements with Tribal groups. Congress gets a report in two years about how the money was used.
