What it does
The bill requires Congress to approve new small business programs. It makes the SBA report detailed facts each year about money and grants. It sets up a group to collect the same data from all centers. Centers can use up to 10% of money for ads. Centers can charge fees from private partners. New grants go only to groups that got SBA money before this bill passed.
