This bill lets small craft distilleries ship spirits directly to people. A craft distillery makes 250,000 gallons or less per year. The buyer must be of legal age. The package must be marked and require an adult signature. Both the origin state and destination state must allow it. States can enforce the rules through their attorneys general.
