What it does
AI chatbot companies must tell minors they are using AI. Companies cannot make sexual content about kids. Companies cannot pretend to be human in romantic ways. Companies must ban reward systems made to hook kids. Companies must give parents controls and send people with suicidal thoughts to crisis help. The FTC can punish companies that break these rules.
