What it does
The bill makes former Members of Congress file yearly money reports. They must file for ten years after they leave office. If they get a pension, they file even longer. The bill cuts their pension by money they made from lobbying. A group counts as big if it pays more than three lobbyists. A group also counts as big if it spends over ten thousand dollars yearly on lobbying.
