What it does
The bill creates a faster way for doctors to give psychedelic drugs. It lets doctors use Schedule I drugs under a right-to-try framework. The bill tells the DEA to make more of these drugs. It requires the VA to start programs and train workers. The Attorney General must decide within 60 days on ibogaine. The decision is whether to move it from Schedule I to Schedule II.
