What it does
This bill lets the Secretary of Labor stop paying doctors who were convicted of fraud. The fraud can be from federal workers' comp, any federal health care program, or state programs. The rule starts 180 days after the bill becomes law. The Secretary must write rules explaining how the ban will work.
