What it does
The Small Business Administration must send Congress a report every month. The report says when disaster loan money gets low. It must report when money drops below 10% of what was set aside. The President's budget must compare disaster loan costs to the past 10 years. A government audit office must check how the SBA runs disaster loans. The SBA must tell Congress within 24 hours if money runs very low.
