What it does

This bill changes Title IX rules for school sports. Schools that get federal money must decide if athletes are male or female. The decision is based on biology and genetics at birth. Males cannot join women's or girls' sports teams. Males can train with women's teams only if no girl loses a spot, scholarship, or benefit. The bill tells the Comptroller General to study harms to girls from mixed-sex sports.
