What it does
The Department of Homeland Security must write reports each year for six years. The reports will say how foreign terrorist groups use generative AI. They spread messages, recruit people, and make weapons with this AI. DHS will work with intelligence agencies and local fusion centers. The reports go to Congress and the public in unclassified form.
