What it does
The bill tells Homeland Security to report when someone's status changes. Social Security then bans non-U.S. people from getting benefits. These benefits include retirement pay, disability pay, Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, SSI, and TANF. The ban applies even if someone paid into Social Security for many years. The bill also requires yearly reports on how well the system works.
