This bill removes deed restrictions from a 3.62-acre parcel in Paducah, Kentucky. The federal government gave this land to the city in 2012. Now the Oscar Cross Boys & Girls Club can develop the land. If the club sells it later, they must offer it back to the federal government first. The land must stay available for public recreation.
