What it does
This bill moves the deadline for Puerto Rico to finish repairs to December 31, 2035. It covers damage from Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017. It covers earthquakes from 2019 to 2020. It covers Hurricane Fiona in 2022. After 2035, Puerto Rico can ask for more time through normal FEMA processes. FEMA must report to Congress each year on progress.
