What it does
This bill lets fishing boats and fish farms borrow from USDA. It lets fish processing plants borrow too. The bill changes what counts as a 'farm' to include fishing vessels and fish facilities. These groups can now get direct loans, guaranteed loans, and grants. Before, only farms could get this money.
