What it does
The bill creates a $15 million grant program from 2027 to 2031. Health centers, food banks, and groups can apply for money. Grants last three years and can be renewed for two more. Groups must teach people about food, help them get care, and run Food Is Medicine programs. They must track how well people's health gets better.
