What it does
The White House Fellows Program lets young Americans work in government for one year. Right now a president can start or stop it. This bill writes it into law so it stays. The law sets rules: pick 11 to 19 fellows each year. Pick U.S. citizens early in their careers. Pick people from both political parties. A group of 30 people will help pick fellows. They will also place them in jobs.
