What it does
The bill creates a new W-visa for foreign workers in public service. Public service jobs include teaching, nursing, and police work. People who came as children, including DACA recipients, can become permanent residents. They must work in public service for at least 2 years. The bill also lets DACA recipients join AmeriCorps.
