What it does
This bill changes federal law. States must ban scented or flavored nitrous oxide products. States must ban most other non-medical nitrous oxide products. States that ban these products keep all their federal mental health money. States that do not ban them lose up to 10% of that money. Medical, veterinary, dental, food-service, industrial, and automotive uses stay allowed.
