What it does
The bill tells the VA to set up Vet Centers in all states within one year. Non-contiguous states and territories must have at least one center. They must keep their 2020 level if that is higher. Contiguous states must have one center per 30,000 square miles of land. Or they must have one per 55,000 vets, if that is more. The VA can use existing state, local, or tribal centers. The VA can open smaller outstations to meet these rules.
