What it does
Some hospitals lost the right to buy drugs at lower prices. They lost it because they got less money from Medicaid. This bill lets certain hospitals keep buying drugs at a discount until 2030. Those hospitals had this right on July 3, 2025. The bill also orders a study of how Medicaid cuts hurt rural hospitals. It studies their payment plans too.
