What it does
The bill sets up a 3-year test program. The Small Business Administration gives grants to up to 250 veterans. Veterans must take entrepreneurship training and write a business plan. They must meet goals to get grant money in parts. Grant amounts are based on GI Bill benefits left. Housing money and training costs are also included. The SBA must report results within 2 years.
